To return any particular product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required which you have to contact us & obtain. Once, obtained, a return request will be originated and you will receive an email pertaining to the procedure of returning the product.
The product needs to be returned in its original package unless it is damaged, with all accessories as it was at the point when you received it. In case of exchanges, another product request will be raised & a new product will be sent to you however in case of refunds, the merchandise has to be returned & received in the original package & a refund request will be raised. Refund can take up to 7-14 business days.
Delay in processing can be taken place at the time of return if the invoice of item is not included with the product as well as a note is mandatory to determine the reason behind the return. The user will be in charge of giving back the request and a full credit will be issued once received and processed, and affirmed to be damaged/defective/mis-dispatched. Items which are claimed as inadequate or damaged will be assessed. All things deemed not to be damaged or defective will be charged a restocking price, if applicable.
All declined requests will be subjected up to 25% restocking expense in addition to shipping charges for both headings.
A 15% restocking cost will be charged for all non-imperfect returns.
Substitution item should be requested again as another request with another request number and will incorporate cargo and taking care of the charges.
